The first event announced by Jeanine is Toys For Tots ongoing through Dec. 9th by the Marine Corps. Jeanine’s office is one of the drop off points and the address is 1426 S Narcoossee Rd Saint Cloud FL 34771. The toys need to be new and unwrapped.

Kristin then announced the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Dec.1st from 6-9pm at City Hall in St. Cloud FL. The address to City Hall is 1300 9th Street in Saint Cloud. There will be musical performances, crafts, games, rides, a snow slide, and visits with Santa.

Next up is the 60th Annual St. Cloud Christmas Parade on Dec. 2nd at 10am by the Chamber of Commerce. It is sponsored by Orlando Health and St. Cloud Hospital. This year’s theme is Christmas Movie Time. Call 407-892-3671 for more details.

Kristin mentioned the next event which is the St. Cloud Holiday Festival on Dec. 2nd from 9-5pm. This is a non-profit event hosted by the Rotary Club of Kissimmee Bay. There will be over 100 crafters in a carnival type fair with entertainment, a classic car show, a kid’s holiday fun zone with Santa. This is a two-day event on Saturday Dec. 2nd and Sunday Dec. 3rd and this event takes place in downtown St. Cloud.

Saint Cloud FL Classic Car Show At City Hall On Dec. 3rd 2023

Jeanine then introduced the next event which is a Classic Car Show at City Hall on Dec. 3rd from 12-4pm. This event is presented by the Rotary Club in St. Cloud. The annual car show oldies but goodies welcomes old vehicles from decades long past from 1979 and before.

Then we have the Toddler Open Gym Christmas Party on Dec.7th from 10:30 – 12pm at the St. Cloud Civic Center. Join us for treats, games, fun and story time with Santa for children ages 2-4. This event is $3.00 per child, and you must register online. You can email parksandrecreation@stcloudfl.gov for more information.

Thrive Thursday takes place on Dec. 7th from 6:30 – 7:30pm at Hopkins Park. Come experience healthy cooking demos and perfect exercise routines. We invite you to come find the best path to a healthier and happier you. This event is sponsored by Health Against Hunger East Osceola. This free classes are held on the first Thursday of every month.

Next, we have Amazing Animals Christmas in the Cloud on Dec. 9th from 11am – 4pm. Meet Santa and Mrs. Claus. There will be a petting zoo, an animal meet and greet, food trucks, community vendors and over 25 holiday animal inflatables. The cost is $10 per person at the door, and it is free for ages 2 and under. It is $2.00 off for teaches and retired and active military, police officers and EMT’s.

St. Cloud Light Up The Park Event At Peghorn Park

Then we have the Light Up the Park event in St. Cloud on Dec. 8th, 9th, 10th, 16th,, 16th and 17th at Peghorn Park. The park will be brilliantly lit up with lights and cheer. The entry includes hot chocolate, cookies, crafts, movies, games, popcorn, music, and a bounce house. The cost of the event is $10 per person and children 2 and under are free.

Kristin announced the next event which is the Harmony FL 4th Annual Golf Car Christmas Parade. Everyone will meet at the entrance of Cat Lake on Dec. 9th, and it will begin at dusk. You could sit at Harmony Town Square and take it all in and see everything. 

Jeanine then gave the next event, the St. Cloud Monthly Market in the downtown area on Dec. 13th from 5-9pm. All the downtown stores will be open and lots of booths as well.

The next event is the 4th Annual Harmony Fl Christmas Caroling at 6pm at Buck Lake. Come and grab some hot chocolate and get to know your neighbors and pick up your song packets.

Jeanine gave the next event which is Lighting Up Christmas. This event will have live music, exciting raffles, and a unique artesian fair. The date is Dec. 17th from 12-6pm at Lakefront Park.

Winter Day Camp At The St. Cloud Civic Center

Then we have the Winter Day Camp on Dec. 18th – 22nd at  If you kids are off from school and you have to work, get your kids signed up. They will be open from 7am – 6pm for ages 5 – 12. This will be held at the St. Cloud Civic Center. It is $110 per non-resident child per week or $100 per resident child. If you want to do it by day it is $45 per non-resident child and $35 per resident child. You will need to register online at stcloudfl.gov.

Next is an Adult Movie Matinee featuring Little Women on Dec.20th from 12:30 – 2:45pm at the St. Cloud community center and it is a free event. This movie is for ages 18 and older.

The last event of the year is New Year’s Eve Rocking The Cloud with Uncle Cracker from 7pm – 1am on Dec. 31st. What a great way to bring in the new year.
