Jeanine kicked off the market report by giving the stats for St. Cloud FL zip code 34769. There were 26 homes that sold in October and all of them were single story homes. The average price per square foot was $233.66. The median days to contract was 38 and the median days to close was 66. So, that represents one month to go under contact and one month to close.

Next, Jeanine reported on zip code 34771 in Saint Cloud. Normally, this is the busiest zip code in St. Cloud, however, there were only 44 homes that sold in October. Twenty-seven of them were single story homes with an average price per square foot of $238.28. The remaining 17 homes that sold were two story homes with an average price per square foot of $235.00. The median days to contract was 31 and the median days to close was 71.

Saint Cloud FL Housing Market Statistics For Zip Code 34772

Jeanine then moved to St. Cloud zip code 34772 where there were 43 homes that sold in October. The average price per square foot was $212.76. There were 26 single story homes that sold at an average price per square foot of $232.65. The remaining 17 homes that sold were two story homes with an average price per square foot of $182.33. The median days to contract was 21 and days to close was 52.

Saint Cloud zip code 34773 is up next where only 15 homes were sold at an average price per square foot of $205.81. There were 10 single story homes that sold at an average price per square foot of $219.93. The remaining 5 homes that sold were two story homes at an average price per square foot of $177.57. The median days to contract was only 5 and the days to close was 37.

Jeanine then moved onto homes sold in Harmony Florida only. There were only 3 homes that were sold in Harmony Main. One of them that was sold was a condo and the other two homes came from The Enclave. The 2 homes that sold were both single stories with an average price per square foot of $178.63.

Next up was Harmony Central where 7 homes were sold. Only one of the 7 homes that sold was a single-story home at an average price per square foot of $175.59. The remaining 6 homes that sold were all two-story homes at an average price per square foot of $175.62.

Jeanine then moved to Harmony West which saw 8 homes that sold in October. Six of the eight homes that sold were single story homes at an average price per square foot of $234.29. The remaining two homes that sold were two story homes at an average price per square foot of $182.07.

 Vacant land sales were then reported by Jeanine. She stated that there were 14 parcels of land that sold in October. The lowest parcel of land sold went for $15,000 and represented one half an acre. The highest parcel of land that sold went for $1.175M which represented 9.63 acres.
