Jeanine kicked off the Saint Cloud FL market report with July 2023 statistics. She leads off with St. Cloud zip code 34769. There were 28 single-family homes that were sold and 26 of them were single stories as this is the downtown area. The average price per square foot came was $235.15. The two 2-story homes that sold had an average price per square foot of $143.82.
Kristin added that the total average price per square foot was $228.63 and that is down compared to last month by 4.3%. It is down versus this time last year by 2.4%. The median days to contract was 29 and the days to close was 69. Currently, there are 63 active homes on the market, which gives us a 2.3 months supply of inventory.
