March 2023 Events In Saint Cloud Florida Including Spring Break

Jeanine Corcoran, St. Cloud’s top broker of Corcoran Connect, and Kristin Macari, the owner of Studio Nine 13 keep you entertained during the 54th episode of the Discover St. Cloud Florida podcast. Listen up to hear all of the March 2023 events in Saint Cloud Florida so you don’t miss out.

Kristin started by sharing that spring break is this month. Jeanine said to remind her of when it is so she can avoid the beaches and parks. Kristin said she and her family would be heading to the beach to catch some rays and relax.

Video Podcast Announcing The Events Happening In St. Cloud FL During March 2023

Jeanine kicked it off and gave the first event happening in March. There will be an adult day trip to the Strawberry Festival on Thursday, March 2nd at Plant City in Tampa. The town of Saint Cloud is having a bus trip. The fee includes round-trip transportation, gate admission Oakridge Boys concert, strawberry shortcake, and free entertainment throughout the park. Dinner and gratuity are also included at Fred’s Market.

The bus leaves at 7:30 AM on March 2nd, returning at 8:00 PM. Everyone will meet at the Community Center and the fee per person is $105. For more information call them at 407-957-7243 and they would be happy to help you.

St. Cloud FL Peghorn Homestead Picnic Promoting A Life Of Self-Sufficiency

Kristin shared the next event, which is the Peghorn Homestead Picnic, which is a free event celebrating homesteading, a lifestyle of self-sufficiency. There will be live music, blacksmithing demonstrations, nature trail hikes, horseshoe games, local vendors, giveaways, and classes on homesteading such as canning, beekeeping, and gardening. This event will take place on Saturday, March 4th from 10 AM – 2 PM at Peghorn Nature Park.  

Jeanine then shared the Help Osceola remove invasive plants event to be held on Saturday, March 4th from 10 – 12 PM at the Peghorn Nature Park. Students can earn volunteer hours. Gloves will be provided. Please wear closed-toed shoes and appropriate attire for working outside. This is a free event.

The next event Kristin said is the Special Needs and Inclusion Resource Fair on Saturday, March 4th from 11 – 2 PM at the Saint Cloud FL Civic Center. There will be free resources and activities for children and their families of all abilities. Parents can learn about resources available from a variety of disability organizations in Osceola and Orange Counties.

Jeanine said this is a big event. The Whiskey in the Cloud event is on Saturday, March 4th from 5 – 9 PM and the location is the downtown St. Cloud FL historic district. You will get to enjoy tasting samples from a variety of premium craft and boutique spirits and meet their brand ambassadors. There will be live music all night. Participating restaurants and bars will welcome all downtown guests.

The Inaugural Whiskey Festival On March 4th in St. Cloud Florida

This is an inaugural whiskey festival. You must be 21 years old to participate. IDs will be checked at the festival entrance and credentials will be issued. The prices are $45 up to $150 per person. Kristin added that $45 is the general admission. The $150 ticket is VIP access which has access to all, early access to events, and VIP tent access with a tasting of specialty spirits not available to general admission ticket holders. VIP ticket holders will also receive a premium gift bag with a bottle of whiskey and cigars with coupons to local restaurants.

Kristin then announced the Toddler Open Gym Monday, March 6th from 10:30 – 12 PM at the St. Cloud Civic Center. Enjoy quality time with your kids while they get to enjoy what they love. The benefits for your children will be motor skills support and early brain development, enhanced social skills, and much more. The cost is $3 per child per visit.

Jeanine announced that Spring Break in St. Cloud FL will be from March 11th – 19th. Kristin said these next events will be available to do during spring break if you currently do not have plans.

Kristin shared the Kids Night Out event on Friday night March 10th from 6 – 9 PM for ages 5 – 14 and the price includes a pizza dinner, games, bounce houses, and more. It will be held at the St. Cloud Civic Center and the ticket price is $15 per child.

Adult Movie Matinee At The Saint Cloud Community Center

Adult Movie Matinee Jeanine stated will take place on Wednesday, March 15th from 12:30 – 2:30 PM. The featured movie will be “Uncharted” starring Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, and Antonio Banderas. The movie is rated PG-13. The movie will be shown at the Saint Cloud Community Center. It is a free event.

Kristin then shared that there will be another Toddler Open Gym on Monday, March 20th from 10:30 – 12:00 PM at the St. Cloud Civic Center. The cost is $3 per child per visit.

Jeanine added the next event, which is Donuts with Grownups will take place on Thursday, March 23rd.
Bring your little ones for donut decorating immediately following story time at Z & Q Boutique. The cost is $25 per family.

Kristin shared there will be another Toddler Open Gym on Monday, March 27th from 10:30 – 12:00 PM. The cost is $3 per child per visit. She then asked Jeanine to share the Harmony Florida-specific events.

Harmony Florida Events Happening In March 2023

Jeanine said for Harmony specifically there will be a Market Event on March 19th at the Town Square from 10 – 2 PM. There will be food trucks, vendors, and lots of fun stuff to do.

Kristin then said the Harmony FL Spring Garage Sale is on Saturday, March 25th from 8 AM to 3 PM. She said a lot of people participate and there are a lot of items given away and sold.
