As a realtor, she loves helping people purchase and sell homes. She puts real estate deals together. There is a tremendous amount of work in each deal. The client doesn't even realize the things that were worked out before we even meet with them. She calls that the fun part. Nancy loves meeting new people, which presents the opportunity to make new friends. Every new listing grants her the chance to make a new friend.
She is extremely proud of her production level. She received her real estate license in the fall of 2016. Nancy produced $30,000 over a few months to finish the year. However, for the full years of ‘17, ‘18, and ‘19, she became a multi-million-dollar producer in all three years.
She is the chairperson for the Lake and Centre Board of Realtors of the Community Awareness Committee. Her responsibility as well as the committee's responsibility is to inform and educate the public on how realtors give back to their local community. This is so important for realtors as a whole because they tend to get a bad rap when it comes to reputation.
