Hannah is the office manager for The Corcoran Connection in Saint Cloud, Florida. She has resided in Central Florida for 19 years now.
She started her career in 2010 as a customer service representative. Hannah learned what being a customer service rep is all about including always having a smile for people and being there for them. She wanted to land a job where she could apply what she learned.
She was a personal assistant as well as an office manager to a broker. She was seeking a role that would be more of a challenge and that’s when she connected with Bill and Jeanine. They hit it off right from the start. Hannah received her real estate license in January of 2019, and she has loved it ever since.
Being A Real Estate Office Manager Is A Role That Was Made for Her
She believes the role of an office manager is important here at The Corcoran Connection. She does a lot of work with the agents. She also works quite a bit with the outsourced transaction coordinator that we utilize at our agency.
This ensures that all of the loose ends get tied off and that all of our files are complete. Hannah said that it is important for her to be an integral part of the team. This role requires someone where the agents are able to ask questions but more importantly get answers quickly. That is where I thrive. She enjoys being the support arm for all of our real estate agents and helping them with whatever challenges present themselves.
Hannah works in the office full time from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. She makes herself available for her real estate clients after work hours. Many people work the same office hours as I do so this works perfectly. She also makes herself available to her clients on the weekends. She believes that opens key time slots to work with people who have nine to five jobs.
Hannah takes it to heart and ensures that every client’s file is complete. It is important that all the paperwork needed for closing gets to the closing and I make sure that happens.
